Colleen is making the Long Road Home to St. Louis, September 11, 2012!
Staff Sergeant, USAF (retired) Colleen A. Bushnell has made the Long Road Home for LaVena! The Troy, New York native is here in St. Louis and one of 5 Veteran cyclists who are riding across the country to raise awareness to troubling issues that face our American Service members as they return home. Colleen is an extra special jewel to Missouri because she has dedicated her ride in memory of Missouri’s first woman to die in the Iraq war: LaVena Lynn Johnson.
